32+ years of experience in design leadership, mentoring, space programming, planning, interior architecture and design, furnishings, contract furniture and systems.
Expertise in, and a passion for providing award winning interior solutions for corporate, higher education, hospitality, and retail interior environments. Known industry wide for his vast furniture, design, and workspace knowledge; attention to detail; and ability to listen to, understand and synthesize a client’s unique needs. This results in spaces that set the standard for excellence.

Brianna just recently graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with her Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a Minor in Textiles and Apparel, and a Certificate in Sustainability. She moved from Iowa to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for an internship opportunity in commercial design and decided she loved the Milwaukee area so much that she wanted to stay. She is excited for the opportunity to grow and thrive with the M&M Office Interiors team.
Although Brianna is a recent graduate, her background of 6+ years in retail sales and 2+ years of kitchen and bath design have given her the opportunity to interact more closely with clients and form lasting relationships. She is very passionate about customer satisfaction and works hard to make sure that every project that she works on is done to the client’s specifications and needs. Her unique background and experiences also help her bring a new level of creativity to every project she takes part in.
Brianna became interested in Interior Design during high school and her freshmen year of college. Some of her biggest sources of design inspiration include buildings by Frank Lloyd Wright and Ken Yeang, paintings by Grant Wood and Georgia O’Keefe, and current fashion trends.
Personal interests include visiting friends and family, painting, softball, basketball, traveling, fashion design, professional development, environmental conservation, and volunteering in the community.
A generalist by nature looking for her specialization, Luna has a background in theatrical design, production, directing, and writing; as well as a plethora of experience in the commercial office interiors industry including installation, project coordination, customer service, and marketing.
When she is not immersed in the Adobe creative suite designing company branded promotional and collateral materials, event invitations, ads, intro booklets, truck wrap designs, etc.; she is busy finding and tracking leads, pouring over analytics, experimenting with new ways to use rich media to create interactive PDF RFPs, or updating and maintaining M&M's website, social media profiles, and contact databases.
She is on a constant quest to produce creative, organized visual and textual elements that emphasize the connections between art, design, science, nature, psychology, anthropology, branding, workflow, and social human nature while also postively representing, reinforcing, and enhancing the M&M Office Interiors brand.
Outside of work she enjoys art history, theatre, story-telling, new restaurants, playing piano, games, eastern philosophy, and meeting peoples' pets.

When not otherwise engaged, Randall has frequently acted on various stages throughout the southeastern Wisconsin theatre community for over 25 years. He can also be heard the first Sunday of the month as part of WMSE's Frontier Radio Theatre.

With 3+ years of experience in the field, Ariel has had the opportunity to work on a variety of architecture and Interior design projects. She has a passion for researching new technologies, techniques, and mindful design factors within the workplace; ultimately working towards real-life applications that make an impact on the community.
Ariel’s goal for every project is to create a solution that not only meets her client’s needs, but takes into consideration their mission and long term goals. Her areas of expertise include: Space planning, interior design, project coordination/collaboration, and furniture/finish selection.

With years as an interior designer, design manager and facility designer, Julia brings knowledge specific to an effective design process to each project opportunity. In her role, Julia draws upon her design and leadership skills to partner with the A+D community and clientele, creating direct relationships and offering tailored product applications and workplace design strategy to suit their needs and stir their spirit.
She finds creating space to meet the challenging criteria unique to the design of the commercial environment especially rewarding and is inspired by collaborative exchanges with the project team.

Kelly's fourteen-year contract furniture tenure has allowed her to establish a long-standing reputation in the commercial interiors industry, and build a seasoned team specializing in the management of projects of all sizes with many moving parts. Her experience is derived from extensive work on the distribution platform representing a broad range of furniture manufacturers. This toolkit makes her uniquely qualified to function as a liaison to our suppliers and to deftly position products to arrive at optimal value for her clients.

Suzanne was introduced to the industray at an early age through influences in art, architecture, and home building, with a later interest in pursuing real estate and sales.
Suzanne prides herself in high customer satisfactionby being thorough and organized, creating solutions, anticipating the needs of others, and exceeding their expectations.
Suzanne works with architectural and design firms, facility designers and managers, small business owners, startup offices, corporate headquarters, educational institutions, financial organizations, government entities, healthcare environments, nonprofit agencies, and technology companies.

Steve has been a part of the contract furniture industry since 1976 when he founded his own dealership, and has been selling Haworth products since 1980. He is committed to partnering with reliable manufactures of innovative products, and passionate about delivering quality and value to his clients, both in their day-to-day transactions as well as on major projects. Focusing on team leadership, problem solving, and building lasting relationships with clients, Steve strives for continual growth and development working with clients locally, and on a national and international level.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys cooking, reading, golf, community service, fine food and wine, and spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid Badgers and Packers fan.

Customer service is designed to give M&M Office Interiors and the customer fair and professional treatment, resolve issues in the best possible fashion, and be timely and accurate.
