Our beliefs

In order for M & M Office Interiors, Inc. to truly be a quality organization, the following basic tenets need to be embraced by the entire staff:

1. We need to  respect  the dignity and inherent rights of  individuals we deal with.
2. We should reflect good taste and common courtesy in all our attitudes, words and deeds.
3. We must maintain high moral, ethical and professional standards which reflect honesty, integrity, reliability and forthrightness in our relationships.
4. We must represent fairly and in proper balance the interests of all groups associated with M & M Office  Interiors,  Inc.  This includes clients, employees, contractors, developers, suppliers, community interests groups and the general public.
5. Integrity and high standards of ethics require hard work, courage and difficult choices.  Consultation with management, supervisors and fellow workers may at times be necessary to determine a proper course of action.  Maintaining our integrity and ethics may require us to forego business opportunities.  In the long run, M & M OfficeInteriors, Inc. is better served by what is right rather that what is expedient.
6. Ethics and the highest standard of integrity and fairness must prevail in all our transactions and relationships.
